Disposal of used devices

The WEEE2 directive respectively the ElektroG2 regulates the return and recovery of used electrical and electronic equipment.

This applies to all DEHN products which are marked in the installation instructions / operating instructions or on the device itself with the symbol on the right. 

Please pay attention to the following differentiation with used devices:

B2B-Products – Business to Business

These devices are considered as waste after being used in the commercial sector and may not be disposed of in the household garbage. They can be returned to us after their use for recovery.

B2C-Products – Business to Consumer

Some of our devices are considered as waste after being used in private households. They also may not be disposed of in the household garbage. Such devices can be returned to public collection points, e.g. municipal recycling centres.
